1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZeroGaps (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZeroGaps. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements. If we learn that a user is under 13 years of age, we will promptly terminate their account and delete their personal data.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Original Content

All practice questions, study materials, and test content on ZeroGaps are original works created independently. No official SAT® or ACT® test questions, passages, or materials are reproduced on this platform. ZeroGaps content is designed to help you practice skills tested on these exams but is not sourced from or endorsed by the test makers.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ZeroGaps offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and interval associated with your chosen plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact support@zerogaps.app within 7 days of your most recent charge for a potential refund. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell ZeroGaps content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it
• Misrepresent ZeroGaps content as official test materials

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZeroGaps does not guarantee that its content will result in specific test score improvements. Practice materials are for educational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroGaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
